About you

To be successful in this role you are an experienced Program Manager with experience managing infrastructure programs. Experience working on government projects will be highly regarded. You hold Program Management certifications such as MSP Practitioner or PgMP, or equivalent experience.
 
You have strong project financial skills and are able to manage projects to scope and budget. 
Strong business acumen, excellent customer relationship building capability and influencing ability, will be key to your success in this key role.
 
About the role
We are currently looking for a Program Manager to join our Sydney CBD based team. This is initially a 6 month contract with opportunity to extend or go permanent.
 
Working with a customer account you will be responsible for managing a high profile program of work. You will provide leadership and support to the projects and to other project team members.
 
Specific responsibilities will include:

• Provide directorship and guidance to project resources on enterprise projects
• Engage in and troubleshooting at the detail level of projects where required
• Engage, build rapport and negotiate with external and internal stakeholders
• Ensure the program remains with scope and budget
• Working with project managers to ensure risks and issues are identified and escalated
• Maintain a program plan including resourcing, risk register and road map
