We currently have an opportunity for a Business Process Coordinator to join the Works Delivery & Enablement team. The role will be based in Port Macquarie.
About the role

Responsible for process mapping, modelling and re-engineering of business processes across Network Services and provide advice for strategic planning and development

Undertake the identification and reporting of ongoing inefficiencies and improvement opportunities and provide advice and supporting documentation to assist in the evaluation of decision making processes, quality improvement program initiatives and transformation of business processes

Work collaboratively with system owners and project managers, to ensure consistency in process methodology and process alignment

Identify, analyse and evaluate areas of risk, recommend mitigation strategies and perform quality assurance on process related deliverables as required

Prepare business cases and detailing a clear understanding of business requirements, ensuring clear methodology for measurement and tracking of project benefits, return on investment and benefit realization of proposed solutions

In collaboration with the Testing Coordinator act as a key liaison point for all aspects of process development in line with the User Acceptance Testing of process and/ or system applications planned for release, to ensure successful implementation to the production environment

Work collaboratively with Essential Energy’s Business Process Mapping team to ensure consistency of method, solution and implementation.

Extensive experience in a similar role working in a large organisation

Proven track record in organising and running workshops

Demonstrated experience in business/requirements analysis in a large organisation

Experience in the development, implementation and monitoring of cost reduction programs and/or productivity and quality improvement initiatives

Sound understanding of commercial considerations and risk management principles.
Qualifications
Required
- Advanced Diploma in Business or demonstrated capability through past employment experience and /or relevant qualifications.
Desirable
- Process Improvement Certification
- Project Management Certification
