Role : Test Lead - Automation(Selenium using C#)

Job Summary:

      As a Test Lead, you will be joining the result oriented team and be responsible for leading Test teams. You should possess good knowledge on testing methodologies. The ideal candidate is a highly self-motived team player, skilled in a broad set of testing skills, with a strong passion for delivering dynamic and intuitive solutions. Ability to adapt quickly and communicate effectively with peers.

Roles & Responsibilities::

1) Develop and execute automated tests

2) Writing, maintaining and debugging the automated test cases and ensuring continuous improvements of test automation practice

3) Support and implement improvements in the department’s test coverage and process

4) Document and report progress, risks and defects

5) Manage stakeholder expectations, keeping them informed throughout the project

6) Ability to solve technical problems and implement innovative solutions

7) Applicants will be required to complete IKM assessment to demonstrate their technical skills.

8) Strong application code debugging skills. - Expertise in Test automation framework design.

9) Able to analyse complex technical requirements and come up with automation solutions.

10) Good understanding of Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD) concepts

11) Excellent written and verbal communication skills

12) Sound knowledge of agile delivery and test processes

Must have:

• Strong test automation experience in Selenium WebDriver using C#
• Banking domain experience is required.
