Project Leadership for MedTech IoT products through to release - .NET C# ASP.net MVC environment for products involving wearable data-collecting devices as well as POC and implantables. Lots of planning, design, product strategy and road mapping to do.
Excellent communication skills are a must, internally with other members of the team and externally with clients and contractors, verbally, through email, or through documentation.
As a Project Lead, you will head-up digital teams in pursuit of new product advancements in MedTech / HealthTech IoT software.
This position carries some traditional activities like budgets and proposals, however, it is one of the purest Agile environments you'll ever find in this sector. We are dealing with high regulation (like FDA) so running a true Agile practice is a huge enabler. An enabler for less of the boring project admin stuff that no-one wants to do... and more of the sophisticated diagrams that tell 1000 words.
Here some words though: "The fewer "managers" we have the better. In fact, we don't really want a single PM in our group." ...We have established self-managing teams.
We need client facing, technically aware Project Leads to consult to design/build complex mobile and web apps for IoT, bio / wearables / medical devices / simulators and tools. This is working with clients to capture requirements, whiteboard and follow through with architecture/design and technically lead dev facets using the latest technologies and frameworks. It’s a fab opportunity showcasing products that change people's lives."
