Through the delivery of services and implementation of new systems, processes and technology, we assist our clients to gain competitive advantage and reach new heights.
FinXL is looking to engage 2 x Business Systems Managers for business and consulting services for one of our high-profile banking clients, an initial three (3) month engagement, one of the role will convert to permanent after the 3 month stage
Within the Business Systems team there are 3 technology areas which include Zing Keystroke Automation, Digital Forms (Forms Automation) and QuickService Workflow Tool and Tracking
You responsibilities will include
Planning & Execution
-Actively participating in the scoping and development of and improvement of business process from technology perspective
-Manage, coordinate and participate in Transformation initiatives and projects including process improvements and technical enhancements
-Develop, maintain and control project plans and delivery schedules, including establishing milestones, identifying interdependencies (both supplier and receiver), sequencing of activities using optimal resource effort and activity duration estimates for small to medium projects; assist on large and/or complex projects
-Support initiative delivery leads with the delivery of project including attendance at weekly working group meetings and engaging business partners and stakeholders
Change Delivery Analysis
-Identification of the scope of the change activities, assessment of impacts and analysis of affected stakeholder groups.
Communication & Training Facilitation
-Ability to plan and facilitate effective communications and training including briefings, meetings, workshops or conversations
-Facilitation of agile wall meetings
Business Acumen
-Demonstrate ability to source, understand and recognise the importance of business information; how best to use this information, including the strategic intent of a business area and the associated business unit protocols; assist on large and/or complex projects
-Ability to think outside the box on process improvement and what can the team does more to help our business with limited budget and resource
Skills and Experience required
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a transactional banking space or similar role
- Transformation and process improvement experience
- Develop and writing procedures document
- Advance level of MS Office
- Understanding technology and how workflow tool
- Lean and Agile
- Process mapping
- Stakeholder management
- Ability to deal with senior stakeholder across origination
