Senior Business Development Manager

Working for a true market leader in the contact centre/customer experience analytics space I have a great role for a driven BDM to lead the sales effort in the Victoria region.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and build relationships with key vendors/partners.
• Ability to recognise, qualify, develop and close sales opportunities in line with overall corporate strategy.
• Manage identified key accounts to develop and build relationships ensuring increased levels of customer satisfaction.
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities
• Have a thorough understanding of the competitor market.
• Excellent proven c-suite stakeholder engagement skills

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years experience directly selling complex technology solutions into the commercial market across multiple industries up to board level
• Contact centre technology experience(multi-channel analytics/customer experience management/workforce optimisation/cloud & hosting)
• Strong knowledge of the Melbourne technology market.
• Ability to accurately plan, forecast and deliver on revenue plan
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively with partners
• Experience with recent sales methodologies
• Excellent communication skills
