As a result of continued growth and internal and international promotions, the opportunity has presented itself for two new Netsuite Application Support Officers. As the Netsuite Application Support Officer, you will be responsible for the triage, supporting and troubleshooting of stakeholders with their Netsuite related issues and problems. In the longrun this role will evolve into a Netsuite training role. This role reports to the IT Manager.
 
Our client is a global market leader in the provision of B2C and B2B services and goods. The structure of their business and reliance on Netsuite, requires a continuous internal support framework to provide stakeholders a problem solving customer experience.
 
To be successful in the role you have proven experience in a Netsuite supporting role. You understand all aspects of Netsuite and you know when and how to escalate issues that can't be solve internally.
 
Customer service experience is imperative, you know how to quickly built rapport and gain a clear image of the issue at hand. Proven communication skills and the ability to hit the ground running on your discovery of the internal and external Netsuite landscape will secure your candidacy for this position.
 
Training will be provided where necessary.
 
This is an initial 12-month contract with potential permanency.
