We are seeking a friendly technician/engineer who enjoys working with customers. You will ideally have technical support experience and some linux knowledge with a relevant qualification. The role will be development and operations (DevOps) focused with technical support being 30% of the role at times. The successful candidate will assist developing, deploying and maintaining solutions and will provide support as required for customers. The role may be suitable for people with IT support or software testing backgrounds as well as recent graduates.

The Ideal Candidate
- Technical support experience
- Excellent phone manner
- Some Linux knowledge
- Some Java or Python experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ideally (not mandatory) qualifications in computer science/engineering
