We are currently looking for a Change Manager to bring an innovative approach with out-of-the-box thinking to the team.

In return you will be offered the opportunity to partner with our tier one, enterprise clients, sitting on site as a representative of DXCPS delivering high quality solutions across greenfield, transformation and enhancement focused initiatives.

About you:
You’re a Change Manager who is both a strategic thinker & very hands-on, ideally with project experience in finance or banking, having worked in consulting. Strong skills in communications and a proven track record managing end-to-end change is essential to this role.

You have the ability to provide holistic change management leadership in an agile delivery environment. You'll be flexible with a practical and tactical approach to change.

The Role:

This role will see you developing and running a variety of change management training & communications, coaching and guiding change analysts within the project. You will be communicating effectively with key stakeholders who have different expectations around change management.

You'll be implementing end-to-end change and will be contributing to the strategy through to delivery within a relatively mature project delivery framework.

As a Change Manager, you’ll be expected to champion the role of change to other teams within the project.
  
Skills and Experience Required: 

• Strong end-to-end change management experience
• Background in financial services, insurance or consulting ideal
• Ability to effectively deliver change to internal & external parties
• A very hands-on approach to change management
• Ability to carry out high level change impact assessments
• Effectively identify & manager risks and issues
• Agile/ Lean change delivery experience
• Strong relationship building skills
• Excellent organisational skills
