Solutions Architect - Pre-IPO Cyber Security Vendor

A leader in the Cyber Security world, this global pre-IPO Venture capital backed vendor is kicking goals right across the globe.  With another recent round of funding, their APAC operation needs a Solutions Architect to work with Enterprise accounts.  This individual will need to be able to implement solutions and be able to do so by translating technical requirements into business requirements.  It is a highly technical role and one where you will need to architect solutions, but also be able to communicate with different stakeholders, both internal and external.
 
Duties & Responsibilities

• Working with customers to design solutions through planning, developing and implementing while ensuring governance.
• Conduct check ins to ensure client satisfaction is there as well as product satisfaction and that high levels of customer service are there.
• Develop project plans, issues logs & status reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and team efficiency based on reporting and analytics.

Experience Needed

• Due to the technical nature of the role, this individual needs to be able to manage projects through the entire lifecycle. They will need to be resourceful and be able to think on their feet.
• Need to be technically strong and have hands on experience. This could include Identity Access, Privilege Access, Identity Management experience. Authentication experience with protocols like SAML, OAuth2 etc.
• Architecture experience is needed with implementing cloud and/or hybrid solutions. This may be with AWS, Azure or other platforms.
• In depth knowledge of one, perhaps more, development language. Experience with Node.JS and Front end frameworks are a big advantage.
• Experience with security best practices, protocols and standards.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Need to be able to build strong relationships.
• Experience in working across teams and virtual teams.
• Be able to multitask and have effective time management skills
