Your new company
Our client is a key utility provider with close to 5M customers across NSW. They are looking for a Change Partner to provide a consistent portfolio change lens to operational and leadership teams who currently strive towards the same vision but in inconsistent ways. The role will support the customer delivery division, which is the largest division of approx 11000 operational employees. This division is currently undergoing a number of changes including a large restructure, the introduction of a customer hub and a large cultural change introducing new ways of working.

Your new role
As the change partner, you will have indirect management responsibility for a small change team aligned to specific change programs affecting the division

• Working with the business, you will be responsible for the group's change plan to ensure it aligns to the customer service directorate and strategic goals
• Establishing new ways of working and creating an engagement plan that is specific to the customer focused group
• Ensure a co-ordinated and consistent change management approach is taken across the multiple programs within customer delivery group
• Bringing the leadership team together to form a cohesive unit
• Create and implement actionable change management deliverables; working with the change managers across the programs to ensure aligned and managed inter-dependencies
• Monitor and oversee the impacts and volume of change within the group to assess risk and identify mitigation.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with the key stakeholders across the business providing strategic input

What you'll need to succeed

• Prosci and/or Change Management Institute Practitioner accreditation, or other certification deemed equivalent
• Experience working in blue collar environment
• 5+ years professional change management experience at a senior level
• Experience in leading and managing change management strategies and interventions for significant organisational projects
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with ability to work with diverse groups as well as employees at all levels of the organisation
