Overview of the Role:
My NSW Government Client is seeking an experience Change Lead to join their team for an initial 6 month contract with scope to extend. The role is located very close to Central Station and reports to the Head of Change and the GM of ICT Programs. 

The Successful candidate will be Leading a team of change managers in the ICT business area. ensuring change management delivery according to the clients change management framework. The Change Lead will be supporting GM of ICT programs. The Change Lead will be reporting to the Enterprise Head of Change with a dotted line to the GM ICT programs.

The ICT Change Lead will be accountable for the change management function supporting the ICT projects and programs, begin implementing them into the organisation, with impact assessments, change strategies and execution. The ICT change lead will lead a team of 3 Change Managers and analysts.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure quality assurance and consistent change management and analysis is delivered by the change resources allocated to their stream. 
• Liaise with Stakeholder inside and outside the stream, including regional stakeholders
• Weekly communication from Program Lead to functional stakeholders
• Business point of contact for stream/function with respect to change engage and align with P&S BP
• Plan short, medium and long term for change and leverage the change pool through the peaks and troughs. 
• Manage stage gate process and review
• Identification of size and scope for resourcing for change. Contribute to resource planning to manage peaks and troughs. 
• Ensure appropriate change reporting from programs and projects to workstream and head of enterprise change
• Recruitment and on-boarding of team (recruitment wont be needed in the initial stages of the role)

• $900 - $1000 + super per day
