- Base salary: $64,954 - $86,658 (p.a)
- Total effective package: $82,127 - $108,014 (p.a)*
- Full-time 8-month contract
Central Australian Aboriginal Congress (Congress) has over 40 years' experience providing comprehensive primary health care for Aboriginal people living in Central Australia. Congress is seeking an Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Services Officer - Communications who is interested in making a genuine contribution to improving health outcomes for Aboriginal people.
The Communications Services Officer supports the entire range of telephone and mobile devices including laptops used in Congress. Specialised MDM software package SOTI is principally used to manage and organize the devices. Induction, maintenance and replacement of all mdm devices using SOTI is a core part of the role. The Communications Services Officer also works with the helpdesk staff to support all of the staff who use IT services. Good knowledge and experience with Windows, Office, helpdesk and mobile phones is essential. Use of MDM software is an advantage.
The Congress ICT Team is responsible for all aspects of information management, security, delivery and infrastructure within Central Australian Aboriginal Congress Aboriginal Corporation.
