Roles & Responsibilities
- Work with Business Units, e.g. Business Analysts and Business Partners, to optimise collaboration and transparent planning processes and implementation of “new ways of working”.
- Work with Business Units and IT Managers to identify and prioritise technology innovations and continuous improvement initiatives that can be used by the business (and IT) to improve customer centricity, employee engagement and profitability.
- Manage the transition to the new IT Operating Model and other similar IT transitions/transformations, e.g. strategic platform changes
- Managing the relationship and engagement between Business Units and IT and driving the customer centricity mindset within IT
- Manage stakeholder communication and liaise with business units around change management and training requirements related to Major Service Requests and Projects
Candidate Criteria
- Experience performing service management roles with change management responsibilities, in large, complex organisations with multi-sourced delivering models.
- Experience coordinating and executing change management processes, supporting transition of services to production in a controlled and governed way that minimises business risk and disruption.
- Proven ability in the measurement, analysis and reporting of change management performance.
- Experience in co-ordinating internal support groups and external suppliers in the execution of Change Management activities.
