Backend Developer
Cammy is a cloud based camera system that uses cutting edge machine learning, offshore outsourced labour and other innovations to deliver powerful camera based alarms. We are currently looking for an experienced backend developer to join our growing team, that can develop and manage an Amazon based system to do the following.

• Manage video files and other metadata from our edge camera systems.
• Provide API access to the edge systems data.
• Handle a large number of machine learning models and their distribution to edge systems.
• Manage the requirements of API access without overloading the edge systems. 

You will be working as part of a small team and you will need to build the core back end systems that integrate with our current set up. Over time we will continue to grow the team to improve capacity and redundancy. You will be writing a new backend platform and managing your own code. You must be able to work unsupervised and work collaboratively with other team members.
Tech Skills

• AWS generic cloud knowledge
• AWS-S3
• Databases such as MongoDB or SQL
• Experience building APIs
