Your Opportunity

Our client is seeking to engage a Project Manager who is driven, passionate and energised to drive key deliverables and provide innovative, strategic and specific solutions, in line with their project’s directions and plans, in a rapidly changing and dynamic environment.

The Role:

  • Leads the development of detailed project documentation and presentations using project management methodology, tools and quality management techniques.
  • Co-ordinate activities and the teams required to manage and implement the program from conception through to selection, implementation, operationalisation, benefit realisation and handover
  • Prepares detailed schedules of activity for a wide cross section of projects and monitors, measures and reports outcomes against project deliverables and benefits.
  • Works closely with the Program Manager and Director & other members of the project management team to ensure the program of works is in line with the agreed scope and expectations of the stakeholders and business and that benefits are delivered as expected.
  • Ensure alignment and effective working relationships across program streams and engagement with key business resources to ensure appropriate levels of integration between associated projects
  • Establish the readiness, objectives, and capability for change in context with inter-dependencies between the program and other business change
  • Ensures that realistic project, quality, budget, change control and risk management processes are in place maintained and followed

Your Skills:

  • Capacity to manage high stress situations
  • Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently as well as under broad direction, to plan and coordinate activities to achieve desired outcomes
  • Sound knowledge of project management principles, and significant experience in delivering complex projects
  • Leadership skills; ability to work collaboratively, establish credibility and good working relationships with people at all levels
  • Big-picture thinking and vision; Ability to identify and analyse issues, bring together different contributions and translate this information in to successful business cases.
  • Attention to detail
