THE ROLE
This is the first Technical Account Manager (TAM) role created in Australia. As the business expands, a team will be built around this role.
As a TAM, you'll be customer facing and work with technical product experts to ensure the consistent and stable deployment of the company's cloud services and solutions to customers across the country.
You'll ensure strategic long term value to customers by understanding their business challenges and technical requirements and mapping solutions to these requirements.
You'll provide project leadership and architectural guidance.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience as a technology consultant with a technology vendor, consulting firm or professional services company
- 5 years server development, maintenance and optimisation experience
- 3 years complex project management experience
- English and mandarin proficiency
- Ability to travel
One of the following:
- Familiar with one or more of Nginx, JBoss, WebLogic, WebSphere,Dubbo and other middleware products
- Familiar with one of Java / C / C ++ / Python / PHP / GO
- Familiar with Windows, Linux operating system and DNS, AD, etc.
- Familiar with open source or commercial technology such as Hadoop / Spark / Storm / HBase / Hive
- Desire to work in an agile startup environment
