Are you a Principal or Lead Business Analyst with experience working on Cyber Security programs of work? If the answer is yes this large Financial Services organisation is looking for you...

You will be the owner of program requirements for a Cyber Security Control Upgrade program of work that touches every facet of the organisation. You will work closely with Solution Architects to spec out requirements and lead a team of 12 BAs and Senior BAs.

Your role will include the following responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day work of Business Analyst team
Assists with strategy definition at the leadership level
Elicitation of business goals and requirements, population of coherent prioritised portfolio and product backlogs
Continuous review and management of the prioritised portfolio and product backlogs
Play a primary role with prioritisation of requirements and support estimation process
Identify business requirements for enhancements to systems and / or business processes
Lead development of the business case
Coordinate / Lead business requirement and business improvement initiatives
Lead reviews of business requirements and solution designs with relevant stakeholders and leadership to obtain agreement and sign off of proposals
Continuous management of overall business requirements to meet business strategy and ongoing deployment
Works closely with stakeholders and organisational change management to identify impacts to business processes as a result of system or application changes
Contribute to Project and Programme Charters (e.g. project objectives, scope and deliverables) and validate alignment with business and system strategies
Provide guidance and oversight for the Delivery Teams to generate the most appropriate solution
Manage and oversee the delivery of requirements through a complete delivery lifecycle e.g. Waterfall and Agile/Iterative
Ensures best business requirement practices

You should have the following skills and experience:

Minimum 5 years in an Enterprise BA role operating at a strategic level
Cyber Security, Security and/or Infrastructure
Managing multi-discipline projects from a BA perspective with teams of up to 20 people and of a minimum length of 9 months
Comfortable working in Agile, Waterfall and hybrid contexts and leading BR lifecycle in all cases
Analysing business or technical problems and proposing and implementing appropriate solutions
Negotiating with external parties/ suppliers for sourcing BA resources
Value chain analysis, and strategic coordination of scoping decisions
Aligning business requirements with business strategy
Working closely with Leadership and Business sponsors
Structured business analysis techniques
Business Genetics, functional decomposition, SSADM, or other visual modelling and elicitation techniques
Creating detailed cost/ benefit analysis/ business cases
Business improvement and optimisation
