THE ROLE
We are currently seeking an innovative and self-motivated .Net Developer to join our IT Development. You will be responsible for the design and architecture of solutions throughout the entire development process, including consultation with stakeholders. This is a full time permanent position for 38 hours per week, Monday - Friday from 9:00am - 5:10pm.

Responsibilities Include:

• Development and delivery of IT solutions as per specification and the IT strategy
• Evolve existing software system application and architecture in various areas as required
• Be part of sprint planning; analyse requirements and estimate tasks; ensure projects adhere to deadlines; mentor junior team members
• Develop continuous improvement culture within the team; grow team's skill set and strengthen/improve existing processes
• Other duties as reasonably required
   

The successful candidate must demonstrate:

• Experience with Microsoft .NET, ASP.NET and C#
• Experience with MS SQL Server 2000/2005/2008 Analysis Services/MDX
• Exceptional understanding of Database Design and SQL
• Experience with business intelligence/data reporting tools such as Dundas or Microsoft Reporting Services preferable
• Experience working in an Agile environment preferable
• Experience with COM/DCOM
• Experience with XML/XSL
• Experience with JavaScript

This position would ideally suit an Permanent Resident of Australia.
