As a Support Consultant at TechnologyOne, you’ll be focused on delivering an amazing issue resolution experience to our customers. Using a consultative approach, you’ll respond to and resolve basic to intermediate level service-related issues in the area of Enterprise Content Management (ECM). 
 

In your first 12 months you will…

  • Participate in an introductory training program to learn our Products
  • Shadow colleagues and peers to become familiar with job-specific terminology; ask lots of questions
  • Take ownership and undertake research with customers to fully diagnose issues, and then develop creative solutions and respond within established timelines
  • Demonstrate initiative to be a self-starter; keep up to date on product additions and changes; take initiative while coming up with new ideas and ways to improve processes
  • Plan and prioritize day-to-day activities in a fast-paced environment whilst being flexible in your response to time-sensitive information while managing multiple tasks 
  • Stay current with TechnologyOne innovation and application enhancements
  • Use Salesforce to track and resolve issues: Receive customer inquiries via access channels such as Phone, TechnologyOne Customer Community and email
  • Gain experience with Windows, Mac and multiple mobile platforms: Become familiar with more in-depth Internet navigation and browser configuration while working with multiple browsers, TechnologyOne Products and communication tools such as WebEx
  • Meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while providing high-quality service
  • Work some weekends, based on business needs


Your talents…

  • Experience within ECM; either in the industry or supporting ECM systems
  • Amazing communication skills, both written and verbal and an ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels 
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm and passion for assisting customers and communicating in a professional manner
  • A strong ability to assimilate new information and accurately convey instructions and ideas over a variety of media
  • A comfort in collaborating with internal teams to escalate and route customer issues and requests for prompt resolution. 
  • Team-oriented and eager to continuously learn and expand your knowledge of the TechnologyOne Products
