To support our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Oncology Application Specialist to provide our clients with outstanding services in the development, implementation and training in our software as well as providing helpdesk support.
You will provide clinical expertise and advice to the clinical and technical services teams, provide application support to ‘live’ sites applying current clinical practice to development and best use of our software, build and maintain strong client relationships, business relationships and specialist staff relationships. In addition you will proactively manage helpdesk incident management, site implementation, education and training including development of training packages, and support new product development and testing.
To be successful in this role you will have a degree in Pharmacy or Nursing, ideally with a relevant postgraduate qualification and experience in a clinical or Information Technology field with a minimum of five years clinical experience as a pharmacist or nurse in a hospital environment. You will be highly capable in delivering exceptional customer service across multiple sites passionate about delivering technology solutions to support clinical outcomes and have excellent planning, project management and organisational capabilities.
