Job Summary :

As a member of the high-performing Salesforce team you will be responsible for the design and development of Salesforce-based solutions to meet a wide-range of blue-chip, global customer's business objectives.

This role will not only include hands-on development, but working collaboratively with customer stakeholders, including executives and end-users, to:

• optimize business process design and the use of Salesforce capabilities
• promote customer relationship management best practice and
• consistently implement and leverage Salesforce using best development and implementation methodologies.

Responsibilities (all from a leading perspective)

• Senior-level hands-on technical design, implementation and deployment of Salesforce
• Develop high-level technical specifications
• Configuration services to meet the customer's requirements
• Identify creative workarounds to meet requirements without the development of custom code
• Conduct detailed scoping workshops and develop high level project work plans
• Provide configuration and development estimates.
• Understand the functional capabilities and limitations for out of the box functionality as well as custom code
