Global software house specializing in a range of insurance products has a successful projects team that are looking for a highly capable Business Analyst/Consultant who has worked on end to end project based work within the insurance industry. You will be a part of a medium sized team of Business Consultants working on a pipeline of work and assisting clients in their new ‘out of the box’ roll outs.

As a Business Consultant you will be gathering requirements from the business stakeholders through workshop activities, create technical specs, document requirements as well as analysis, solution design right through to UAT and post implementation support.

To be successful in this role you should have the following:

• Experience of requirements management within multiple, large scale enterprise software implementations within the insurance field (ideally claims)
• Experience of leading projects or departmental teams, ideally with line management responsibilities
• Matching a system solution, including workflow and business process design to business requirements Business Process Modelling and workflow design experience
• Knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean process design advantageous
• Experience of a configurable software product and complementary technical skills such as XML and SQL.
• Use cases experience will also be highly desirable
