Production analyst - Senior
Melbourne, Australia
Permanent role
Develop and maintain systems critical to Client’s business lending customer experience

In this role you will also be responsible for:
- Prioritising and diagnosing production incidents according to client ITIL methodologies
- Preparing and executing production changes according to client ITIL methodologies
- Participating in Support on-call roster
- Assisting in the design and development of application software to ensure appropriate level of quality is delivered into the production environment
- Participating in test verification of developer solutions to incidents
- Ensuring relevant service management and development standards are followed
- Supporting the team’s focus on automation and continuous improvement
To be successful in this role you must have the below skills and experience:
- Knowledge of Treasury products would be desirable
- 5+ year’s software support in an ITIL environment
- 5+ year’s IT experience in SQL and scripting roles
- 5+ year’s experience supporting with the Microsoft .NET platform
- Strong understanding of MS SQL
- Experience supporting software using enterprise components of the Windows platform, such as XML Web Services, MS MQ, Windows Services, Windows Security, WCF
- Confident with XML and its use on the Microsoft platform
- Confident supporting using software on Unix/LUNIX
