One of the leading government sectors is seeking an experienced PMO Reporting Manager, you will ensure that the appropriate reporting of projects is in place across the portfolio, including receipt of regular status reports and development of executive committee meetings. This role is responsible for the maintenance of the Steering Committee terms of reference and all secretariat functions for this committee.
- Previous experience (5+ years) producing reports and working within a PMO on projects.
- High level of analytical and problem solving capability.
- Skilled in use of MS Office and tools such as Powerpoint, MS Project and Visio.
- Good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to deal effectively with people at all levels.
- Capacity to operate both independently, using initiative and self direction, and as a team member to produce consistently high quality work.
- Ability to use initiative and maintain a high degree of confidentiality, discretion, and judgement while maintaining a strong customer service approach
- State Government experienced is an advantage
