YOUR NEW ROLE:
- You will be part of a technical team that provides desktop application support as well as infrastructure support to a large Federal Government Client
- [VD1] Active Directory and Advanced Group Policy Management
- Incident, Change and Problem Management (ITIL best practice)
- Microsoft SCCM Administration
- Small, Friendly team environment working within a 24x7x365 operation
YOU WILL BRING:
- Knowledge or exposure in SCCM, MOE, and high level Active Directory experience
- Good exposure in Windows 7, 8 and Windows 10 Administration
- ITIL & Microsoft certification is desired
- Exposure to Symantec Endpoint Protection and/or iVanti Application and Device Control
- Experience in Level 2 Incident and Change Management preferred
- Understanding of Applications Packaging and Deployment
- Demonstrate and ability to troubleshoot all IT issues and resolve complex problems
