A leading Wealth Management provider is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong knowledge and experience with Charles River to join their team on an initial 12 month fixed-term engagement.
Joining a close-knit, dynamic team, the successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with business and technical stakeholders, understanding their requirements and helping to translate these into technical solutions. The position would also take responsibility and ownership of the Charles River asset management system, ensuring the correct positioning between Charles River and business processes.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Tertiary qualifications with relevant industry certifications
- Demonstrated Business Analysis experience gained within large, complex Asset Management / Investment Management environments
- Strong knowledge and experience working with Charles River
- Business process mapping / reengineering experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to influence and negotiate with business stakeholders
- Holistic view of an organisation with an appreciation of the impacts on business decisions on business stakeholders
