About the role
Our Service Desk is the front line of our Managed Services department and this is a fantastic opportunity for an energetic individual to join our team.
This role comprises of working alongside like-minded individuals with a wide range of technologies to deliver outstanding client outcomes. You will be working primarily with one of our major customers, supporting a range of Windows Desktops and Servers. Experience with Windows 7, 10 and some Server experience is essential. You will have both a supportive team to work with and on-going training and development opportunities to enhance your skill-base.
Essential Experience/Skill requirements
- Prior experience working on a Helpdesk/Service Desk or customer service experience
- TAFE Cert II/IV, Microsoft Certification or a degree in Information Systems, Information Technology or Computer Science
- Knowledge of MS Operating Systems and applications
- Hands-on experience with MS Windows 7,8, 10, MS Office Suite and Active Directory
- Ability to record processes and create documentation
- IP telephony (beneficial, but not essential - training will be provided)
- Drivers Licence

- Strong communications skills (verbal and written)
- Positive and optimistic approach to problem-solving
- Aptitude to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- High degree of self-motivation
