About the role:

As Solutions Architect you will be responsible for the planning, design and delivery of complex systems in a large enterprise environment. Working as part of the service delivery team you will take a lead role in the continued service improvement of the Service Now tool. You will have well developed capabilities in customer engagement & influencing, requirement gathering and high-level designs across enterprise environments.

This role will see you interacting with a broad range of stakeholders. Day to day you will be working with end-users, team members, partners and key customer stakeholders to provide high quality solutions, drive service excellence & continual improvement. A positive and approachable personality and ability to establish authentic relationships will see you successful in the role, as well as the ability to strategically problem solve. Your ability to actively listen, engage and see the problem from multiple points of view will be critical.

As part of a highly technical division you will have the proven ability to lead and coordinate teams and develop tactical and strategic plans to guide them. This ability to bridge the gap between technical expertise and business savviness will be critical to successful outcomes.

About you:

To succeed in this role, you will offer

  • Experience in IT Service Management principles and frameworks
  • Knowledge of Integration and application architecture
  • A strong background in scoping, estimating and designing complex application systems across multiple technologies.
  • A solid background working with a range of ITSM tools including HP, Remedy, and ServiceNow
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Finely tuned customer engagement & influencing skills
  • An ability to lead, coordinate and influence team members, peers and management

Additionally, you will have experience in:

  • Project delivery methodologies (waterfall/agile).
  • TOGAF & ITIL Certifications

It is also a requirement of this role that you have Australian citizenship in order to obtain AGSVA baseline clearance
