With the current implementation of our new ERP system (NetSuite) we require the services of two additional NetSuite Trainers for a (minimum) 12-month contract period. The roles are based at out Milton Head Office location and may also require travel to our U.S. headquarters in Dallas, Texas.
Major Job Functions:
- Provide prompt & effective support to our Franchise Partners (FP’s) on NetSuite system queries
- Develop & deliver NetSuite training programs for FP’s and Head Office staff
- Effectively communicate NetSuite upgrades & developments to key stakeholders
- Travel to Franchise Partner’s Stores (Aus & NZ) to assist with implementation execution
- Liaise closely with internal & external consultants to ensure ongoing project success
- Maintain the currency of all system procedural manuals & specifications as required
Key Personal Attributes:
- 1-2 years’ experience working in a NetSuite training / implementation role
- Sound knowledge of the NetSuite ERP system technical features & benefits
- Ability to work in a fast paced, team-based environment
- Demonstrated training program development & execution skills
- Solid communication skills (verbal & written) & attention to detail
- Customer focussed and service-oriented attributes
- Well-developed computer skills across the Microsoft Office Suite
- Relevant qualifications preferred
