Description
- Exposure to the following technologies would be favourably considered:
- Data Centre Centric environments
- CISCO networking equipment
- ForcePoint Proxy technologies
- VMware virtualisation stacks
- VRealise Suite
- VMware Horizon
- Enterprise Monitoring - Splunk
- SharePoint
- Confluence
- 5+ years of hands-on technical infrastructure engineering project management.
- 8+ years of experience in Information Technology
- 5+ years of demonstrated project management delivery across different types of high-risk, high-value, complex IT projects.
- Experienced in production support, Release & Change Management
- Proven technical project management skills with demonstrated, applied experience establishing and delivering complex technical and infrastructure projects.
- Strong experience with resource estimation, budgeting and project planning
Profile
- Must be able to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner to senior management.
- Must be detail-oriented, extremely organized, and have strong presentation skills.
- Operates effectively, and with a positive attitude, in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with the strong ability to drive results.
- Have strong risk assessment, negotiation and problem resolution skills.
- Proven ability to quickly earn the trust of sponsors and key stakeholders remove barriers, influence stakeholders and enable teams to complete their objectives.
- Comfort with ambiguity, frequent change, and unpredictability.
- Excellent task management, organization, and team collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and grow, act as an agent of organized change, adapt to rapidly changing business conditions and needs.
- Demonstrable documentation skills.
