The major functions and responsibilities of your role:

• Business Development in ANZ
• Selling consulting engagements as well as helping to sell larger deals and transformation programs to BFS clients
• Developing  value propositions, solution concept/ design, front-ending the discussions with clients, closing deals
• Building and managing client relationships as a consulting partner, trusted advisor
• Brand Building
• Participating in conferences, events to build companies brand identity in the market
• Publishing / presenting thought leadership - white papers, point of view articles
• Practice building and team management
• Building a team of banking consultants in ANZ with right mix of skills
• Ensuring quality of execution, team utilization, knowledge management, and operational discipline
• Leading key consulting projects in area of own expertise
  

Ideally you will possess: (please address in Cover letter)

• 8-12 years in the IT Sales/Consulting experience within services
• BFSI  industry domain ie: SME in Institutional Banking / Transaction Banking
• Understanding of the onsite – offshore delivery model
• Experience in dealing with customers in the A/NZ Geography
