Hudson is seeking applications from experienced Project Managers to lead data science and application projects for one of our rapidly growing technology clients.
This permanent role will work with world leading technology while managing a team of developers and analysts.
Key responsibilities;
- Creating documents and proposals to accurately convey the right information to clients
- Design project plans that identify the scope of activities, timelines, resources and risks
- Project manage and coordinate the implementation of data software application and integration projects
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, within budget and to a high level of quality
- Develop a culture of risk awareness and responsiveness in relation to addressing risks
- Create architectures and specify user experience
- Ensure effective consultation and partnerships are developed and maintained to deliver and implement the proposed agenda
The successful applicant for this leadership role will demonstrate the following skills and attributes;
- Proven project management experience in a software environment
- Solid technical background with a strong understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
- Considerable experience with Java
- Tertiary qualified in the fields of computer science or engineering
- Strong leadership, inter-personal, oral and written communication, stakeholder and risk management skills
This role would suit a highly motivated Project Manager with a passion for excellence who values innovation and success.
The ability to build valuable relationships with internal and external stakeholders, being meticulous in planning and performance and technically advanced to comprehend solutions to problems will be key to your success.
