A fantastic opportunity to join our Client's SAP team in WA on permanent basis and provide an ongoing specialist professional consulting services and solutions to customer/business in supporting SAP HR Payroll systems and related services.

Your job duties will include, but will not limited to:

• Liaison between the business and IT for any SAP Payroll or Human Resources related business or IT activities
• Review PY/HR Incidents and Change Requests, with prioritisation, approvals and analysis / solution design involvement as appropriate
• Business PY/HR Users initial point of contact for education / advise prior to raising incidents
• Produce deliverables with minimal defects
• Interpret business requirements and map to functional design/solution to meet those requirements
• Ability to problem solve and undertake root cause analysis
• Adhere to support team processes
• Contribute to and facilitate team based culture
• Provide high level of customer service and technical delivery against performance levels (KRAs)
• Produce system and user documentation

Required skills:

• Strong SAP Business, HR and experience
• Strong customer facing and  problem solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
• Strong analytical and judgement skills
• Experience with issue management
