About the Role

Experienced Agile Coach is needed to join an Australian leading software startup business. You will be responsible for effective product delivery whilst contributing to the improvement of the Agile culture.

Responsibilities

• Build and support high performing teams by facilitating agile ceremonies/workshops and encouraging learnings within the team
• Coach teams and organizations in Agile concepts, principles, practices, transparency, and behaviours
• Use a wide variety of tools and methods to unlock the team’s potential
• Champion a culture of constructive feedback, both individually and as a group
• Lead and advocate for agile best practices, comfortably challenging team decisions and providing alternative approaches
• Continuously seek ways to improve team effectiveness and learn about better ways of improving team cohesion
• Cultivate and grow meaningful relationships helping to create one team
• Support the teams by helping them influence and drive change within their own areas and empathize with the challenges they face

Experience

• At least 3 years’ experience as an Agile Coach or equivalent
• At least 5 years’ experience in agile software development methodologies, values, principles and practices
• At least 5 years’ experience in coaching, team building and group facilitation
• At least 5 years’ experience in Scrum, SAFE, DevOps, Kanban, Lean and of Systems Thinking
• Certified in relevant Agile certifications
