Join a leading Global Software Vendor that offers innovative, cutting-edge, cloud-based ERP and business solutions. Our client is seeking an experienced Pre-Sales / Solutions Architect to join their strong and growing team. The role will initially be a Pre-Sales that will evolve into more of a Technical Pre-Sales role over time where you will be responsible for the pre-sales positioning of all the technical architectures across their cloud platforms.


Work closely with the sales team, to meet and identify all customer needs, compose and convey product demonstrations. Be the work of art who ensures that the business value is understandably articulated to prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Boost deals income by working intimately with BDMs to distinguish and comprehend the special business prerequisites of clients inside different industry verticals and making an interpretation of those necessities into a convincing vision and guide for prospects and clients
  • Create and convey inventive custom arrangements, including arrangement ideas to key decision makers to address their business issues and needs
  • Work closely with the sales team to deliver products, technical and security-related responses on RFPs/RFIs ensuring unique business value is understandably articulated in all customer engagements.
  • Demonstrate an excellent understanding of the business Cloud Platform, especially native Salesforce solutions to place accordingly internally and externally
  • Maintain continued learning and development across all technical improvement and actively display initiative
  • Create and maintain close working relationships with all key internal stakeholders across the organization
  • Endeavor to continuously improve pre-sales processes, tools, and collateral and be an innovator within the organization developing new solutions and possibilities
Essential
  • Demonstrated experience in the technical sales, architecting and/or designing complex business solutions with customers
  • Proven track record in solution engineering
  • Worked for a consultancy before or delivery role for a cloud software vendor
  • Passionate and agile professional with great knowledge of solution positioning, justifying business, and technique closing
  • Deadline and results driven who is highly organized with the ability to work on multiple tasks concurrently
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
  • Capable to work with multiple stakeholders at different levels and geographic locations
  • Excellent presentation and demonstration skills
  
  
Desirable
  • Salesforce Certification (ADM201) and/or completed Trailhead badges
  • Technical experience with Salesforce platform technology
  • Technical experience with Human Capital Management software
  • Experience in multi-product solution selling – in mid-market/enterprise area
