We’ve been growing super-fast and need a technically sound, business minded, detail oriented Project Manager to join our delivery team! You will play an active role in on-boarding new clients and managing multiple projects from concept through to go-live.
About You
You have strong knowledge of traditional project management methodologies and practices (PRINCE2, PMBOK) and have exposure to AGILE/SCRUM ceremonies. You are self-driven and thrive working in a constantly evolving environment. Ability to influence people, internal and external stakeholders, while steering the project to meet its objectives would be a key element of success. You’ll have a knack in pre-empting any risks and applying effective mitigation strategies. You frequently think about edge cases and scope creep. You excel at communicating with all stakeholders and are skilful in managing work with distributed teams.

What you'll do
- Lead the delivery of projects starting from kick-off through to development, testing and release
- Plan and coordinate any post-release requirements with other teams (sales, marketing and support)
- Work closely with the Delivery function to plan and schedule upcoming projects based on team’s capacity and competing priorities.
- Effectively manage workshops and meetings with clients, internal business and technical teams to achieve objectives of the project
- Communicate with clients, setting/managing expectations and keeping updated, as projects are delivered
- Control project schedules to ensure that necessary modules and programs are completed according to the project plan
- Thorough in project and requirement documentation and provide regular status updates to the senior management
- Some interstate travel may be required
Your background
- 5 years of relevant experience in Project Management
- Demonstrated experience in Project Management methodologies (PRINCE2, PMBOK)
- Previous experience within Healthcare services would be preferable
- Demonstrated experience monitoring and reporting against project performance to assist the efficient and effective delivery of business objectives
- Exceptional communication skills, not only including a high calibre of speaking and writing, but also exceptional aural and written comprehension
- Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder and issue management skills
- Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence and other collaboration and project management tools
- High attention to detail and ability to prioritise conflicting requirements
