Core responsibilities include managing the full lifecycle of software development, managing senior stakeholders and enable the team to achieve their specific objectives.  You will also be required to improve and strengthen the baseline scrum practices within the team by reinforcing the rules of Scrum in order to support delivery - all whilst driving a robust and game-changing solution out to a rapidly growing clientele portfolio. 
 
Other attributes required:

Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
Knowledge of numerous well-documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (numerous burn-down techniques, numerous retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc.)
Sound high level technical knowledge to include relational databases, client/server architecture and relevant programming environments. 

To be considered you must be a Certified SCRUM Master with a software development and / or Project Management background.  You must have the ability to engage the team, challenging the old norms of development while keeping the team focused on the goals of the iteration.
Having outstanding communication skills (written and verbal) and possess a strong, positive and can-do attitude is an absolute prerequisite.
