We are a MSP that has been providing premium I.T services to many tier 1 customers for over 20 years.
We are currently looking for a Desktop Engineer with minimum 2 years of experience to work for our organization. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting Microsoft environments, various hardware/software and networking issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist external customers with hardware and software deployments
- Work with external clients across Sydney Metropolitan Area
- First escalation of support issues from end users
- Provide onsite and remote troubleshooting for level 1 & 2 technical issues
- Install and configure desktops, laptops, and mobile devices for new users, and migration of users from legacy equipment to new.
- Reimaging of Laptops / Desktops / Tablets
To be considered for the role, you will have:
- MUST BE PR / AUSTRALIAN CITIZEN AND HAVE DRIVERS LICENSE
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in L1/L2 desktop support role in a Microsoft environment.
- MS Office and MS Outlook experience.
- Imaging new hardware.
- Dell desktop hardware experience.
- Printer hardware and troubleshooting.
- Mobile device experience.
- Networking knowledge of DNS, DHCP, and WiFi.
- Good troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer services skills, proven experience with positive customer feedback for service provided.
- WORKING WITH CHILDREN CERTIFICATION will be highly regarded
