PM-Partners is currently seeking a Business Systems Analyst to undertake the following responsibilities:
- Define configuration specifications, reporting, workflow, alerting, and business analysis requirements with key stakeholders, business leads and the Core project team
- Help design, document and maintain business and system processes
- Organise and run requirement gathering workshops to identify areas of improvement for projects, document and present to business
- Mapping all state processes related to system implementation, showing the business how the system functionality is changed
- Input into project risks, issues and change control and communicating their impact to business and project
To be considered for this position you will have experience and strengths in the following:
- 5+ years experience in Business/Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance
- Proven experience in requirements gathering and testing
- Experience in analysing data to draw business relevant conclusions and in data visualisation techniques and tools
- Experience in generating process documentation and strong technical writing skills
- Experience with HR systems implementation
