Monitor Consulting is an experienced team of business advisory and project delivery specialists dedicated to achieving performance at all levels of your organisation.

Monitor are looking for an experienced Project Analyst to assist with a large transformation program of work.

The Project Analyst will:

• Initiate and coordinate weekly forums
• Track and document forum minutes & actions
• Track and drive team accountabilities
• Support & coordinate program governance incorporating quality controls and compliance
• Contribute to and lead where applicable the communication and reporting (Cadence, SteerCo etc)
• Manage Risk & Issue register across defined program(s
• Coordinate internal and external project activities, including customer support, incident resolution, quoting and estimation, development tasks, issue tracking, testing and system deployment
• Assist the project management team in gathering the necessary status information in order to prepare for the regular project progress reports and SLA performance report
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for customer inquiries as well as incidents
