Your new role;
We are growing rapidly in Australia and are hiring for a Solutions Consultant, who will be dedicated to our Bold360ai product lines (within our Customer Engagement & Support division). Bold360ai offers perfectly integrated assisted chat and chatbot solutions, with rapid time-to-value.
- As the technology expert during the sale cycle, the Solutions Consultant (SC) will be the conduit between the customer, the sales team and the Professional Services team.
- The SC will explain, demonstrate and promote the Bold360 products to potential customers in the APAC region
- The SC will gain a strong understanding of our flagship Bold360 product lines, sales and services methodology, onboarding processes, prospecting techniques and customer base
- The SC is a critical role in helping our customers understand the ability of our products and setting up their experience with LogMeIn for success.
- Whilst the focus of the role is pre-sales, there will also be some post sales involvement, including helping with onboarding and configuration, therefore this role is suited to someone with strong technical abilities

If this is you we’d love to hear from you:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years’ pre-sales or equivalent experience with proven success in partnering with the Sales team to sell to Enterprise and Mid-market organisations
- Experience of working in cloud services / SaaS product organisations – ideally within the customer engagement/experience space
- Ability to understand our customers’ operational, web site architecture, security, and technical requirements, in order to map that information into a solution that meets their needs
- Project management skills
- Previous hands-on experience with web based development technologies such as HTML5, CSS and Javascript is a plus
