We are looking for an Enterprise Architect with experience in supply-chain driven industries in roles that relate to process and/or technology. The successful candidate will be a subject-matter expert who will be part of a team of professionals delivering client solutions.
Expertise in the following areas are valuable to our clients. Maintenance Optimisation, Operational Technology and Integrated Operations.
Role Responsibilities
Engagements Responsibilities
- Ensure engagements deliver the business outcomes to the satisfaction of the client and therefore develop a sustained business relationship between client and our business.
- Provide quality assurance and delivery assurance across engagements to ensure we deliver a referenceable result for the client.
- Develop and achieve the optimised results for the client.
Thought Leadership
- Experience in supply-chain driven industries in roles that relate to concept of operations in process and/or technology.
Build Relationships
- Build relationships, by engaging with sponsors, stakeholders and executive / senior management as well as with operational teams in the client environment.
- Demonstrated track record in the industry and has developed a strong relationship network across client, and practitioner communities.
Required Experience
- Minimum of 5 years Project based background in the resources industry in particular experience and knowledge in Production Systems and Enterprise architecture.
- Experience operating in an advisory / consulting capacity.
- Manage client expectations effectively, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Sound analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills.
- Has a tertiary qualification in operations, IT or engineering.
- TOGAF certified.
- Experience with strategic / feasibility based projects as well as delivery based projects.
- Clear and unambiguous communicator, strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Ability to think and act commercially.
