Financial institution looking for a strong Tech Lead to join their digital team. The current tech stack is core Java, Spring Boot for microservices development, React/Angular 2, AWS and AEM. The development manager is looking for a number 2 to work with her closely and provide technical leadership for a strong team. Above all, the successful Tech Lead will be someone who fits the team’s culture strongly (fast-paced, strongly communicative, disruptive thinking, passionate and creative).
Key Responsibilities
- 50/50 split between technical leadership and development responsibilities
- Working closely with the solution designer and development manager to provide guidance to the rest of the squad
- Code reviews, etc.
Key Requirements
- Strong development background across Java, Spring boot/microservices development, Angular/React, AWS & AEM
- Digital/fast-paced agile background
- Passionate and strong communication skills
- Interest in working closely with a development manager and providing guidance to younger team members
