Based in our Head Office in Melbourne, we are currently seeking an experienced Data Specialist to provide quality-focused, data driven solutions and services to new and existing clients. This role involves driving projects with current clients and supporting the sales team on new projects.
Projects include validation, manipulation and blending of data across diverse solutions such as: complex migrations, single-view, data warehouse, data analytics and source system cleansing. You will be utilising various custom-built and off-the-shelf applications.
The candidate will have several years’ experience and enjoy working hands-on with data.
Key attributes include:
- Solid SQL - script writing and stored procedure capabilities
- Experience in design, planning, and development of databases, data mart, data warehouse
- Experience in design and development of data migrations and reconciliation process
- Excellent data analytics skills and BI skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills – effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders
- Experience working in fast paced and demanding environments
- Excellent proactive problem solving skills with an ability to work to timelines
