Project Coordinator needed for part time role - 3 days per week - 6 month contract with possible extension
Your new company
An engineering based organisation located in Sydney Olympic Park
Your new role
Your main duties will include:
- Scheduling program activities in Primavera Scheduling and working closely with the Project Manager to make sure the overall delivery schedule is complete and accurate.
- Report on project status
- To manage the program resource workload planning and allocation process throughout all phases of the program life-cycle.
- You will use Primavera daily and provide advice and support staff on the use of this and other project management & control tools.
What you'll need to succeed
- You must have hands on experience with Primavera - candidates that don't have experience of this particular software will unfortunately not be considered
- Must have exceptional written and spoken English language skills
- Must be hardworking and personable
- 3 or more years' experience in a similar role
- Advanced MS Office Suit, Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint
- Must be a self-starter and able to work unsupervised
- Relevant Certification in Project Management
What you'll get in return
Immediate start in a 6 month contract, option to work part time - 3 days per week. Daily rate depending on experience and skill set. $500-$600 + super. Highly likely contract will be extended after the first 6 months.
