A forward thinking Building organisation require a full-time Scrum Master. This company is offering you the opportunity to work on an exciting business critical projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the Scrum process to maximise the team's performance and coach in agile methodology
• Undertake roles such as Owner Shepherd, Coach and Mentor to the Development Team, Product Owner and the organisation
• Promote and demonstrate a positive, achievement-based culture
• Act as the liaison between between the product owner and the delivery teams
Key Requirements
• 3+ years of Scrum Master experience ideally from a technical background
• Depth of Scrum understanding from a business delivery model
• Significant understanding of project delivery and development methodologies including Agile and Scrum
This role would best suit a resilient, collaborative, and hands on Scrum Master who can work to tight deadlines.
