Quest Payment Systems Pty Ltd is a leading technology company providing payment systems and solutions for the retail and finance sector.
We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our Customer Support team in our newly renovated Hawthorn office.
As a customer support representative your role will involve post-sales technical support to our national client base. Reporting to the Help Desk Manager you will be responsible for:
• Providing technical support to clients via telephone and email
• Supporting and coordinating site installations
• Logging all call activities in the department's database system
• Escalating any issues for further troubleshooting until the problem is resolved
• Participating in team training and weekly team meetings
• Some after hours work will also be required
The successful candidate will possess:
• 2+ years experience in a 1st level role
• Exceptional verbal & written communication skills
• Outstanding customer service skills
• A strong desire to learn
• Experience working in a team environment
• Excellent Problem solving skills
• Ability to multi task and prioritise work accordingly
