Executive Support Analyst

The Role:

To deliver a premium level of support services to Suncorp Group Executives, ensuring that the technology that they rely on is available, serviced and supported. This role will deliver an exceptional customer experience through building rapport, identifying customer needs and taking ownership in managing customer enquiries through to resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Issue Prevention: Improve the availability of important technologies by proactively undertaking periodic inspections of equipment to determine fitness for purpose, and on identification of issues, resolve these before they impact the customer.
  • Service Restoration: Effect the rapid restoration of service for all incidents reported by the customer group ensuring a speedy response, accurate data recording, precise diagnosis and first time fix.
  • Service Escalation: Where you are unable to restore service, escalate incidents to support groups to effect rapid restoration of services, and ongoing problem investigation and resolution if required.
  • Maintain Business Technology information repositories to ensure they accurately reflect the currently supported environment.
  • Deliver continual proactive process improvements within the Business Technology environment in co-ordination with business and support units.
  • Identify and report operational risks to Team Leader
  • Executive support for Executives and Managers that reside or visit in 123 Albert St or 266 George St. (Brisbane Square)

Skills & Experience:

  •  Extensive experience of working within a technical Service Desk environment.
  • Highly competent technical skills relative to the Suncorp SOE.
  • Experienced in building successful relationships with stakeholders.
  • Advanced Technical skills in relation to Desktops, SOEs, Treasury applications and Telephony support.
  • Previous experience supporting Executive team members
  • A working knowledge of desktop computers, LAN & WAN.
  • Competent in the use of MS Office, Outlook or Lotus Notes, Windows 2000/XP/Win 7/Citrix.
  • Understanding of Mobility, Telephony and Printer technologies.
