Immediate need for an IT Support Engineer to join leading WA Organisation
Your new company
This leading organisation is very well known in its sector. Due to a busy period, they are after an IT Support Officer to join there busy team for an initial 1 month contract. This organisation is on the outskirts of the Perth CBD and has parking.
Your new role
Reporting to the Service Desk Team Lead, you will be working with a close nit team who take great pride in their customer service skills. This role is very versatile and will involve face to face support as well as remote - Phone and email support.
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience in an IT Support position will lead to your success. Successful candidates will have well developed communication skills, excellent attention to detail and past experience support Office 365 and Windows 10. To be considered for this role you will be able to start immediately.
